DELIVERY
UK Delivery over £25 is free. Below £25 £1.99. At the moment we also deliver to Germany, France, Italy and Austria, more coming soon. Flat rate for these deliveries is £6.00.
All items are despatched by Royal Mail within 48 hours of placing your order unless stated otherwise. The average delivery time is 3-4 days from the date you place your order, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please email us at shop@firechild.co.uk if you feel that your order has taken longer than expected.
If we are prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of our business due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, epidemic, explosion, flood, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability, we reserve the right to defer the date of delivery or to cancel the contract or reduce the volume of the Goods ordered by you (without liability to you). Provided that if the event in question continues for a continuous period in excess of 30 days you shall be entitled to give notice in writing (either by post or e-mail) to us to terminate the Contract and we shall refund any money you have paid to us.
RETURNS
Should you wish to return your item, you can exercise your right to do so within fourteen working days after the day on which you receive the products. You must take reasonable care of these goods and all returns or exchanges must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us and customers are entirely responsible for all delivery costs associated with returned items and exchanges. Sending items by recorded delivery is recommended to ensure their safe arrival as Firechild will not be held responsible for any items lost in the post and we cannot exchange or refund any returned items that are lost in the post.
